Activities such as hula hooping (the act of doing hula hoop) will strengthen your bones and tone your muscles. This one hour workout uses over 30 core muscles. Hooping is way more fun than the hula hooping you might remember as a child. Our bigger, 1 to 1.5lbs hoops are easier to use. We hold drum circles, outdoors when the weather is nice, and indoors otherwise. Beginners are welcome, and there are usually extra drums. Bring extra drums and percussion instruments, and something to sit on (blanket, cushion, etc.) for outdoor events.
