Where to find Cheap costumes and music ??

i have looked at tons of websites online that sell stuff for belly dancers but they are all very expensive 60$ or more for something as simple as a coin scarf. the only place i found to be cheap is e-bay but does anybody know any others that are cheap or actual stores in NYC area?
