Back by popular demand, RAQUY & The CAVEMEN descend on The TRANZAC bringing their forceful, dumbek-driven sound to Toronto as part of their 2007 Starwood CD Release Tour. The Cavemen are on the promotion trail for the release of their fourth album, Naked featuring 12 blistering drum solos. The evening will include a one-hour dumbek workshop with lead drummer Raquy Danziger which will be followed by a live performance featuring award-winning trumpet player and composer David Buchbinder and bellydance performances by Zahira, Rosanna McGuire and Meaghan Shields. This evening will offer something from the spectacular world of performance art for everyone, music-lovers and movers alike!
