- Hello! I have been yearning to find some sort of dance that would help me tune into my body as I am slowly learning how to give care to myself...and I'm nearing 47! lol....look forward to meeting everyone!

Stop by and join us. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. I generally get there aprox 6pm to set-up. If you want to arrive a little early we can meet and discuss your goals and I can answer any questions you might have. The ladies generally bring their own Yoga/exercise mat, stability ball and 5-10lb weights, but I can provide them for you tonight if you need.
