"HW= the 3/4 shimmy can be done in place, with a slide like we did last night and walking. The slide is easier to get b/c it stays in place. to do the walk practice the two hips bumps that we always do in the beginning of our routine and try taking one foot off of the floor after you do the two hip bumps right, lean rt and take the weight off of your left foot then try it left.... I hope this helps"
