The Workshop:
Let the vibrations of live sitar, guitar, and rhythm guide your body, mind and spirit in this whole-sense experience.  Johanna will lead the class while musician Jim Beckwith manifests the energetic pulse through sound.  Move through yoga postures, meditations, and dance combinations in a flow that takes you through explorations of movement, sound... and stillness.

The Concert:
Join us for a magical evening with these amazing touring artists!
Jim Beckwith performs with an array of exotic instruments, including sitar, flutes, and various exotic percussions orchestrated in the moment with layered vocal harmonies.  HuDost is experimental world rock... an atmospheric, experimental sound, mixed with the rich, eclectic blending of traditional Sufi music, Bulgarian, Croatian, Macedonian, and Balkan Folk Music, Farsi, Turkish, Arabic, Folk, Pop and Rock.  There's a good chance you'll see some dancing as well (this is a belly dance studio you know!)
