It is a sign that we are alive and our bodies are letting us know we are about to engage in something different. This is called stage fright. How can we over come stage fright? I have to remind myself that the audience is on our side and they are here to support us. So take a deep breath, relax and in the end you will be so proud of yourselves. Have fun! "
