We will cover posture, basic moves, and a great, short choreography in the one hour class. It is fun and a great no-impact workout for your core muscles, thighs and arms.

Nina's student troupe, Belly Dance Delight, perform this as their ''signature piece' at festivals and other events. All ages, body types and genders are welcome in class and in the troupe.
I am a patient teacher. You will learn some moves easily, others will be a challenge, but we will have fun!

Dancers with some experience are also welcome to come learn this choreography.

Cost involved:
6 week course is $75/ $60 for members of the MAC.
