- I have been involved with belly dancing for almost four years. I love this art form because it embraces EVERY woman, no matter what size, shape, race or creed. It is an international dance!!!

“ Hope you surgery turns out the way you want. I had foot surgery in the past & also had shots in my feet--won't go into detail now--too much but I still have foot problems, I also have knee & back problems but I'm going to keep on dancing as long as I can. I'm in pain a lot of times but I just deal with it. I try not to take any pain medicine as much as possible. ”

“ Pam, I am doing wonderful. I am teaching belly dancie here at my job, and I am teaching private lessons. Just recently my girlfriend and I were asked to teach at a fitness center. Most, important I have my Sunday's for me, and they are stress free.
